After studying computer science and business administration, eCommerce enthusiast Johann Dechant founded Trachten24 GmbH. With innovative strategies and digital expertise, he developed the company into one of Europe's leading online traditional clothing retailers.
October 2019
Founding a logistics company
Johann Dechant expands his entrepreneurial portfolio and establishes a logistics company with his business partner. With their combined expertise in eCommerce and fulfillment, they offer online retailers a comprehensive logistics service. Today, the company, with a three-digit customer base, is a major player in the industry.

Two entrepreneurs and a hobby
It was a sunny afternoon at an airfield somewhere in Bavaria when Johann and Norbert met for the first time.
They both shared not only a love of aviation, but also a deep passion for technical innovations and precision craftsmanship. Johann, an experienced online entrepreneur, could often be found at the airfield in his free time. Norbert, a master carpenter with a talent for precise craftsmanship and creative design, also often spent his free time there, drawing inspiration from the world of aviation.
The two often talked about aircraft and the latest aviation technology, but they soon realized they had much more in common. Innovation, precision, the pursuit of something extraordinary, and a general attitude to life – these were values they both shared and were on the same wavelength with.
This encounter would become the foundation for what would happen some time later.

The Big Idea - Born in the Clouds
During a flight together, Johann and Norbert first began discussing their "big idea" and a business partnership.
Amid the roar of the engine and the vastness of the sky, they came to the conclusion that their respective strengths – Johann as an online entrepreneur and Norbert as a craftsman – harmonized perfectly to create something new: the production of special furniture, each of which conceals a hidden compartment.
It was at this moment that the idea of combining design and sophistication was born, and it was the following flight that laid the foundation for Stealthdesign.

The first prototype
The transformation of the initial idea into reality began in Norbert's workshop. With every wood fiber he worked and every precise cut he made, the first prototype took shape.
Hans took over the digital and logistical planning and contributed his technological expertise. Meanwhile, Norbert refined the details with masterful craftsmanship to make the piece of furniture something extraordinary.
The first product idea was born – a decorative wooden cube like the ones found thousands of times in households, but unfortunately mostly without function. Our wooden cube, however, could and can do more: The absolute highlight here was an integrated hidden compartment. The wooden cube with a secret compartment inside offered not only security but also subtle elegance. A piece of furniture that not only functioned but also fascinated was brought to life in many hours of meticulous handwork.

The Stealth Cube
After intensive testing, fine-tuning, countless ideas, and further prototypes, the time had finally come: Stealthdesign's first product was released: the so-called "Stealth Cube" – a decorative wooden cube with an integrated hidden compartment! This wooden cube combined design and secret storage in a completely new way.
This first product was a significant step for the company. Now the next step was upon us: commercializing the Stealth Cube and expanding the product line.
It was clear that this was just the beginning, and other products with similar innovative features would follow to further develop and expand the Stealthdesign concept.

The Stealth Table
With the Stealth Table, the vision of Stealthdesign has been taken to a new level. The elegant table with an integrated secret compartment in the base plate perfectly combines design, function, and craftsmanship.
Each Stealth Table can be individually configured by the customer and is 100% custom-made in Germany – precisely according to the customer's wishes. This makes each one a truly unique piece with a hidden character.

The expansion of the product range
We are currently working on expanding our product range. Following the initial product launches with hidden compartments, we are focusing on developing additional furniture and gadgets that continue the concept of functional design and secret storage. The focus is on combining innovation and high-quality craftsmanship to offer a diverse selection of products that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
We are currently in the product development and marketing phase to further establish Stealthdesign as a brand. Future products will offer additional solutions for discreet storage and modern functionality to expand the concept into more areas.

Zudem wird der Zeitstrahl zur besseren Lesbarkeit unter den Inhalten verborgen. Der für diese Anpassung maßgebliche Breakpoint kann in der Drop-Konfiguration selbst festgelegt werden, um das Verhalten an individuelle Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Die verlinkten Drops bleiben nutzbar, diese sind in sich selbst responsiv und passen sich an den vorhandenen Platz an.
