Frequently asked questions

Our transport service provider (DHL) visits our warehouse daily and picks up all packages to be shipped. With payment methods such as PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EPS, your goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of your order. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the goods will leave our premises once payment has been received into our bank account.

Expect delivery times within Germany to be approximately 1-3 days.

Please note that some products must first be produced for you. We manufacture almost all goods individually for you. Information about the delivery time can be found on the respective item details page.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination country. Detailed shipping information can be found on our Shipping Information page.

Generally, package prices are based on a maximum weight of 31.5 kg. If your order is heavier, we will, of course, ship it in multiple packages. You will always see the final shipping price during the ordering process and before completing your order.

In the Shopping Cart, you also have a shipping calculator where you can calculate the shipping costs for the items in your shopping cart based on your delivery country.

If the package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, we will notify you separately by email. This email also contains a tracking code which you can use to track your parcel(s). This way, you can always keep track of where your package is currently located.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your package to be tracked.
